Step 1: Check your eligibility

The Everett Clinic is offering COVID-19 vaccines and boosters to eligible people.

Accordion Block v2
  • We offer COVID-19 vaccines for patients 6 months and older.

You may not get a COVID-19 vaccine if you’ve had these intravenous (IV) medicines in the past 90 days:

    • Monoclonal antibodies for COVID-19
    • Convalescent serum for COVID-19

    OR
  • COVID-19 booster shots are available to patients ages 12 and older who meet eligibility guidelines.

If you got the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine:

    • First booster shots are given two or more months after your second shot.
    • The booster can be the same vaccine you got before or a different COVID-19 vaccine.

If you got the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine:

    • Booster shots are given two or more months after your first shot.
    • The booster can be the same vaccine you got before or a different COVID-19 vaccine.
    • Please note that we don't offer the Johnson & Johnson vaccine at this time.
    OR
  • Kids ages 5 to 11 are eligible for a Pfizer COVID-19 booster shot. They can get the shot five months after their two dose primary shots.

    OR
  • Depending on your age and overall health, you may be eligible for a second booster shot. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website offers guidelines about boosters.

If you're immunocompromised with a weakened immune system, the CDC has special guidelines about second boosters.

Talk to your doctor if you're not sure if and when you should get a COVID-19 booster shot.

Step 2: Make a vaccination or booster shot appointment

When you're eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine or booster, you don't need to call your primary care doctor. Simply make an appointment at the vaccination site most convenient to you.

If you're a patient of The Everett clinic, please schedule through MyChart.

If you're not an Everett Clinic patient, please schedule online.

By doing this, you agree that:

  • You meet booster shot guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
  • You have had your first two doses of the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine and it has been at least two months since your second dose, or
  • You have had a Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine and it has been at least two months since you were vaccinated.
  • You understand that we'll need to bill your insurance for an administration fee.
Accordion Block v2
  • You'll need to bring your vaccine card or vaccination record to your appointment. You'll need it to show which COVID-19 shots and/or boosters you've had already.

    OR
  • You can find a statewide list and map of COVID-19 vaccine sites on the Washington State Department of Health website.

If you don't have a computer to make an appointment online, call the Washington State Department of Health at 1-360-236-4501 or 1-800-525-0127, TTY 711.
